A little about me

At the core of my work is a deep sense of purpose - to hold space for individuals as they explore the path to self-discovery, particularly for those coping with adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions. My specialization in supporting these challenges is integral to my practice.

With warmth and compassion, I create a judgment-free, supportive space to embrace your true self and live more fully. In this safe environment, you can explore your unique strengths and challenges, and learn strategies for coping with life’s complexities.

My background in anthropology has shaped my understanding of life's complexities, and with certifications in trauma-informed yoga, life coaching, and breathwork, coupled with a master's degree in counseling psychology, I am equipped to facilitate meaningful change. This journey of self-discovery began when I discovered my own ADHD, igniting a passion to assist others on similar paths.

An Integrative Approach to Therapy

I help you connect to your body and mind as a whole, using a holistic approach that considers how each part affects the other. Discover how to attune to your internal world, navigating life’s challenges, including major changes, relationship issues, stress, and emotional management. My focus encompasses ADHD, anxiety, and stress management, empowering you to build self-confidence and effectively manage your life.

I employ evidence-based strategies, including mindfulness training, CBT techniques, and somatic therapy, tailoring your treatment plan to your unique needs.
