What is ADHD, Really?

ADHD, or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurodevelopmental condition that impacts attention, emotional regulation, memory, and motivation. But it's not just about distraction or hyperactivity—ADHD can affect how you see yourself, how you relate to others, and how you move through the world. For many adults, it shows up as chronic overwhelm, racing thoughts, difficulty finishing tasks, and deep self-doubt—often wrapped in years of masking and perfectionism.

Who We Work With

As a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, I offer virtual therapy in Canada for adults with ADHD, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. We welcome everyone. For the person who’s always been “high-functioning,” but quietly unraveling. For the ones who’ve always felt a little out of step, a little too much, or never quite enough.

You might be here because:

  • You're tired of feeling stuck between versions of yourself

  • You’re constantly overwhelmed, yet craving clarity

  • You’re navigating big questions—about identity, purpose, how to be

  • You want more than just symptom management—you want self-trust

You don’t need to carry it all alone anymore.

How Therapy Feels Here

This isn’t clinical, detached therapy. It’s not cold. It’s not rigid. Therapy here feels like exhaling. Like peeling back the layers you’ve had to wear for years.

We draw from evidence-based approaches—ACT psychotherapy, client-centered therapy, relational psychotherapy, and nervous system work. But mostly, we begin with connection.

What we explore together:

  • Understanding your ADHD from the inside out

  • Emotional regulation skills that actually work for your brain

  • Self-awareness around inner criticism and perfectionism

  • Reclaiming your voice, your pace, your worth

Our work together isn't about "fixing" you. It's about untangling the inner critic, learning emotional regulation tools, and finding internal compassion so your ADHD doesn't always run the show. You deserve a space where laughter is welcome, curiosity is celebrated, and growth is fully encouraged!

Why Woven Passages?

We’ve got a lot in common. ADHD isn’t just a clinical interest—it’s my lived experience. It’s something I’ve studied, navigated, unraveled, and turned into my passion for helping others. My approach also includes mind-body practices like mindfulness and somatic awareness. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution—we collaborate to create a space that feels safe and validating.

Let’s Begin Together

Whether you’re seeking clarity, coping strategies, or simply a place to share without judgment, I’m here. My goal isn’t to change you—it’s to help you understand and support yourself more fully.
